::Dj Pascal
Pascal, is with no doubt, one
of the most respected dj's in the Athenian dance culture and
a unique player going up the djing ranks of Europe rapidly.
Currently he is cooperating with top dj's from all over the
world promoting one of the most successful club nights in
Greece (Creamy Music), runs a dj agency and he is considered
one of the most popular dj's in Greece playing along with
dj's like Spiller, Phil Asher, Marshal Jefferson, Lenny
Fontana in venues so divert such as "Cavo Paradiso" in
Myconos and "Heaven" in London. He was born the 24th of May
1973 in Athens. From very
early age participated in theatrical and musical happenings
and was featured , in two movies and three theatrical shows
but his big love proved to be music. When he was 10 years
old, he discovered music by digging through his older
brothers 70's rock collection and his father's soul staff
including all the Marvin Gay singles in original 7inche
vinyl!
He has been involved in the dance scene of Athens since the
early 90's. His fist steps were back in 1990 as a promoter
and host of "Technodrome" parties, one of the first techno
music/mobile parties organised in the major Athens clubs in
90-91', (Tessera, Business, Alsos). In 1991 he introduced to
the greek market an alternative scene with influences from
indie, ambient and dub bearing the logo eye rave.
Those series of parties were held in the most famous
underground clubs of that era (Business, Booze, Camel etc.),
with him as a front man and including guestings by Charlie
Hall (Drum Club), Seattle based hip-hop dj Hebegebe and live
concerts by "Stereo Nova" and "Groove Machine" amongst
others.
The same year he was resident dj at the alternative "Mad"
club (4 years residency) implementing indie - pop music
while dj-ing as guest at the top mobile parties (Sunrise
zone) and clubs (Alsos) playing dance music as well as the
indie sound.
In 1993 the indie fun club expands and Pascal is the main
man that mixes all the major indie hits at Mad club in
Athens as well as eye rave all over Greece. He warms up live
performances (support) of Chapterhouse, The Farm, Senser,
Eat and many more. In parallel he was a radio producer for
Rock FM 96.8 for two hours weekly.
During the summer season he was behind the decks of 'Mad' in
Myconos island and in clubs all over Greece playing for the
first time exclusively house music.
Fed up with the indie scene, he decided to settle upon deep
funky House with jazzy, disco & latin elements when 1995
found him hosting the first Creamy Music event at the
legendary disco "Barbarella" and the disco revival is a fact
in Greece. Very soon Creamy Music became the original disco
fever event of the town.
In 1996 Pascal's sounds hit London through "Heaven/Megatripolis"
and "HQ" appearances. After his performances abroad Pascal
resides at Teatro every Thursday as Creamy Music and
Amfiteatro in the summer.
His first steps in the making music business where made at
that time when together with producer Antaeus did a remix
for BMG (Franka Wright - Fire 12'' die hard instrumental).
While serving his national military service in the Special
Forces, he had the opportunity to make the soundtrack for
the Annual Military New Years Celebration, which took place
in the Athens Military Museum with the presence of the Greek
political leaders and all the countries top athletes (some
of them Olympic winners)!
For the period of 1996-2000 Pascal performed in all the
major clubs and big events in Greece like Amfiteatro, Teatro,
+Soda, King Size, Avant Garde, Cavo Paradiso Myconos,
Carnival 2000 to name but a few, and held a residency in
clubs like Lab (the legendary after hours club), City
Groove, Mad Athens - Myconos, Disco City, Musika Danza,
Alarm.
He was for one more time radio producer with guest spots at
Free FM 103.4, which was a pirate station. That gave him the
opportunity to do live along other jockeys. Having a success
there he carried on and Creamy Music (now alongside dj
Dennis) had radio sessions in NRG FM 105.5 every Sunday from
21:00 to 23:00 ('97 - '99).
In November of 2000 he was featured in London's club ''The
Castle'' alongside Richie Fingers, Tony Trax and dj Dennis
while in June of 2001 he will be in Cyprus for a serious of
appearances not forgetting to mention the big event together
with the on line dance magazine thecityvibe with guests
Harry choo choo Romero and Tony Trax.
Many djs, labels and producers were hosted by Pascal and
Creamy Music like: Breeze (U.K-r.i.p bro), Phil Asher (U.K),
Roy the Roach (U.K), Glenn Gunner (U.K), Sanjay (Auto Rec.-U.K),

The party atmosphere that is created in the Creamy Music

dj's like Terry Farley and David Piccioni spinning their
favorite records followed by Pascal & Dennis playing back to
back with Danny 'Budha' Morales on four decks while Americas
top House producers Deep Swing and Baby Hec Romero are
getting down on the dance floor at the same night!!!
Pascal collaborates with studio producer George B. signing
as "Dan Dare" working on deep house rhythms. Their work will
be released the winter of 2001 as well as a mixed cd
compilation featuring Pascal's club selections. He is also
signed by American clothing company JNCO for exclusive
dressing and has worked with major tobacco company, PRINCE
